• You agree to my TOS by commissioning me.

• Prices are subject to change based on demand.

• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

• Currency accepted is either USD, EUR, or PHP and can be paid through PayPal or Gcash.

• Payment must be paid in full before I start working on your commission. 

• Don't send any payment before I have agreed to accept the commission.

• No refunds after I started working. 

• Please provide me with clear character references.

• I will send you a draft of the drawing. No revisions to pose, accessories, and details after you approved the draft.

• Commission time may vary depending on complexity. (usually 2 weeks - 3 months) 

• Once finished, you will receive the full-resolution image via email. Note that there is no physical product.

• You can ask for revisions (max up to 2 times is included in the price; After draft approval, this applies only to colour and minor changes)

• A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing—unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

• If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

• I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and/or post the drawing process on YouTube (Unless discussed otherwise)

• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me, asha_artlines. 

• Personal commission: You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece of any kind (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, reposting as promotion, etc.)

• I do not allow my art to be used to train AI 

• No refunds after I started working on your commission

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal or Gcash chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
